Child Therapy
Child therapy is a valuable tool to support kids in channeling their characteristics and personalities in a way that helps them to thrive in an ever so changing and challenging world. Working together with both the child and guardians, child therapy can help with behavioral challenges, unhelpful thinking patterns, improving communication skills, social skills and other areas of functioning that are impacting a child and family’s overall quality of life.
Skill Building treatment plans focus on activities that help patients and their parents cope with, redirect and even prevent unwanted behaviors. Deep breathing games, mindfulness exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, utilizing 'time-in' and other creative ideas that promote positive family interactions. These skills are beneficial throughout life.

Teen Therapy
The social, familial, academic, and developmental pressures that can arise in the adolescent years can be challenging and overwhelming . As parents we strive to do all we can to support them through these years, but sometimes the challenges become so overbearing that they begin to affect their grades, desire to be with their peers, family conflict, etc. Therapy can be a valuable resource in supporting teens and guardians in navigating these challenges and pressures in a healthy and effective way.

Online Therapy
Online therapy offers a convenient and safe way to engage in therapy when meeting in person does not fit the family’s needs. While meeting via video, the therapist, child and or family will creatively and collaboratively work together in a similar way to meeting in person all at the convenience of staying home.
