Fred Co Patient Portal

The portal allows you to view and print your child(s) vaccines, view upcoming appointments, review summaries from prior appointments and send messages directly to our staff!

**The best way to log in to your child's patient portal is with your telephone number, child's name and date of birth. A code will be texted to you for log in. You must log out of a portal to view another child's portal**

We are in the process of changing EMR (Electronic Medical Record). We appreciate your patience with our staff during this time.

 

We understand that you may be receiving multiple reminders for appointments. While we transition to a new EMR, it will cause reminders to go out from both systems. We apologize for the inconvenience. This should only be a temporary issue.

 

Patient portals through Athena Health have been shut off.

Our staff is working on setting up patient portals through our new system. If your child does not have a portal yet,

please email info@fredcokids.com with your

child's name and date of birth, and we will grant portal access.
