COVID-19 Information

Masking Policy:

At this time, face masks are encouraged for those with sick symptoms.

Some visits such as COVID exposure will require masking.

COVID-19 Vaccines for 6 months through 
4 years of age

The FDA and CDC have now authorized COVID-19 vaccines for children aged 6 months through 4 years, making a vaccine available for all children aged 6 months and older.

Our waiting room is open for routine/ well exams. For any sick visits, please wait in your car and text 301-882-7489 upon arrival. A staff member will text you when it is time to come inside the building!

Masking is still required for ages 2 years and older.

If you are scheduled for a routine exam but are concerned that your child is ill, please discuss with our staff to determine if the appointment should be rescheduled. You may choose to schedule a sick visit at that time.

Free COVID testing kits are available at all Frederick County Public Library locations. You can also receive 4 free test through USPS. Contact your insurance company for reimbursement if you have paid for and kept your testing kit receipt!

MIS-C Information
